The company Lukas aid made a claim that their drink is better than water for hydration but was banned for that claim. This clearly shows we just cannot depend on any other drink other than water for hydration. There is always a debate on how much water a person should consume to meet his daily need of water.

The minimum amount is at least 2 litres. A fully grown up should not consume less than that or he may have to face consequences. The other part is that if someone consumes more water, about 4-5 liters daily, he benefits a lot from that.
